Back in late 2001, I helped find the car for my
girlfriend at that time. No less than couple months after that, she slammed it into a jeep.
Rather than let the insurance company have it for peanuts, I seized the oppotunity
and bought it myself. Unfortunately it is an automatic, but I sold it so who cares. Some of the photos of the damage are of notably poor quality, again
due to cheapness. Deal with it :)
This is what the front looked like after the crash...
...and this is the back. The quarter panel took most of the hit, the hatch survived with not
even a scratch. Thank you Mr. van driver! The bumper seemed to be ruined but it actually
popped back into shape, after I cut it in half of course... doh!
smushed battery and headlight mount... the headlights survived though :)
This is after i put on the new hood and bumper cover. UPS is taking their
sweet time delivering the new fender, however... patience grasshopper.
Ahh, crystal clear kodak image... and a new fender!
Showing off the 3.5" pipes :)
New quarter panel! I took it to a shop to have it put on since my welding skills
(and equipment) leave a little something to be desired, to say the least...

a view from the side...
